Peg 10: A nice shady peg with a large silver birch to the rear. As a peg about half way along this bank it is a perfect area to ambush patrolling fish.
The birch in question has become a bit of a shrine on the venue with many anglers having carved their captures in the bark. At first this annoyed me but now it has become a land mark on the venue. A quick look at the inscriptions and you'll see how many big fish it has produced.
It offers excellent access to the central plateau area of the lake.
